Baltimore Pest Control Office Staff

Nathan Goodson is the owner and principal operator of the Baltimore Pest Control branch.  He started working for Preventive Pest Control in 2001 as a route coordinator in Albuquerque, New Mexico.  He has also worked as a route coordinator in Houston, Texas and has managed offices of route coordinators in Mesa, Arizona; Las Vegas, Nevada; Albuquerque, New Mexico; and Manassas, Virginia.  Nathan was also a service technician in the Albuquerque branch while he was earning his degree in business management at the University of New Mexico.  After graduating from UNM he went on to train as a technician manager in the Manassas, VA branch.  He has now opened and operates the pest control branch located in Laurel, Maryland.

Cheryl is our secretary who has been in the customer service industry for many years.  She is on the front lines taking customer service calls, making courtesy calls to remind customers of future appointments, and following up to make sure we have resolved any pest concerns.

Serge is our main technician. He truly loves his job.  He is excited to be with us in the early growth stage of the branch.  He is very energetic, very personable, and he loves to talk to people. Serge will be the one handling most of your pest problems throughout the year.

We will be hiring additional staff during the spring months of 2009 to accommodate the high demand of the pest populations during the warmer months of the year.
