Preventive Pest Control has serviced our home now for 5 years. Their employees are always courteous and respectful and regularly ask if we have any concerns or problems they can help with. We also appreciate the phone call to let us know what day they will be coming out to spray our home. We rarely have any issues with insects. However, when we have had an issue they sent someone promptly to eliminate the problem. We are also huge fans of Preventive Pest Control’s fertigation system. You probably receive some complaints, but this not one. For 30 yrs I have been associated with customer service in the computer business and know how important good customer relations are. In your business it must be hard to get feedback on customer relations skills. Knowing that, here is some feedback.

The other day your technician Zack Russell came to treat our house. He reflected all the factors that I tried to impress on the customer reps I came in contact with: he patiently listened to our problems, and was efficient in correcting them, and was very courteous. Good performance such as that should not go unrecognized.
