Having just relocated here from New York, the bug issue was new to us. Aaron set my mind at ease with his work. I was embarrassed to call for a second visit before my next scheduled appointment, but there were still some issues I needed taken care of. Again, Aaron arrived at the stated time, reassured me that sometimes second visits are necessary, and did his work efficiently, thoroughly, and pleasantly.
