At Preventive Pest Control, we use a power sprayer to apply a microencapsulated product called Demand CS. Demand CS contains an active ingredient called Lambda-Cyhalothrin, which is a synthetic pyrethroid. As a result of using the best products, formulations, and equipment available in the industry, our service is less invasive, more effective, and less expensive.

Our Technique
Creating a strong barrier around the outside of a structure will prevent pests from entering. We use only long-lasting microencapsulated (active ingredient is contained within an impermeable membrane) products that hold up extremely well regardless of environmental conditions (sunlight, rain, wind). We invest in products that contain naturally derived ingredients from nature and that are kind to your environment. Though they are the most expensive, we understand that our customers deserve the safest means necessary.

Our trucks are equipped with power spraying technology that enables us to penetrate mulch and apply the volume required. Our 6 foot barrier will ensure that even the hard to kill pests such as scorpions will spend sufficient time within the service zone. We take it one step further. In addition to our six foot power spray barrier (no extra charge!), we will always granulate your lawn. Granulating will get to those pests that harbor in your yard (ants, spiders, etc.). Should your yard require specialized ant bait granules, we will apply them without an extra charge.

Our customers have found that due to our intense exterior service, we can normally avoid the need to service the interior. Once again, if the interior needs attention, we will take care of it without an extra charge.
