When I first moved to Texas 2 ½ years ago, I was unaware of the local pests. I was so surprised when I started to see roaches, fire ants and silverfish in my house. I asked a friend and they recommended Preventive Pest. They also recommended getting scheduled maintenance package where they come every couple of months and treat my house for whatever I needed. I am so happy I made the call. Since they have started treating my pest problems, I have had almost no problems. For the few times I have needed them to come out in between regular visits, they have come out quickly and given me tips on how to avoid problems in the future. They have been able to answer all my questions. All the technicians have been courteous and professional. The customer service operators have always been able to address any concerns. I have been with preventive pest for about a year, and I really appreciate the service that they provide to their customers.
