Preventive Pest Control provides world class customer service, and have always treated me like family. Whenever I have called, they are professional and extremely helpful. This company goes above and beyond for their customer relationships. From the secretary that answers the phone (Lauren/Jessica), to the service men, the Director/Owner (Brandon)...everyone has stellar customer service skills. They take the time to answer my questions, and they don't leave the job until all of my questions and concerns have been addressed and I am satisfied.
