If you’ve read this far, you might expect us to paint a picture of a pot of gold at the end of the PEST CONTROL rainbow. Sorry. Absolute control of pests in a multi-family environment is a fantasy. The reality is that residents come and go. They have different lifestyles and habits. Some good, some bad. They may bring pests with them. Maybe their living conditions encourage them. They may even know they have pests, but just never report them. Control is an illusion. You can’t control every factor. Neither can we.

No, we haven’t surrendered. We’ve recognized the need to move away from the false belief of establishing PEST CONTROL in a multi-family setting. Instead, we’ve created a program of PEST SOLUTIONS.

For too long, choosing a pest management company came down to answering the question, “So how many units are you gonna spray for X amount of dollars?” The more units you spray, the better you’ll control the pests, right? Wrong. Randomly spraying the inside of an apartment for 1 -2 minutes does virtually nothing to control anything except the occasional unlucky bug caught in the spray. We have a better plan: A SIMPLE ONE-TWO PUNCH

1. Conduct thorough and regular EXTERIOR treatments to manage pests that might invade from the outside. These are pests we can prevent.
2. Provide inspections and deliberate PEST SOLUTIONS for pests that have been brought into any units. These are pests we cannot prevent.
